Before your massage, you can apply your favourite serum, oil, moisturiser, or sheet mask. Gua Sha will help with the absorption of vital ingredients. It can also be stored in the fridge prior to use for an extra cooling effect.
Gua Sha can be used daily for 3-5 minutes on clean skin after your skincare application.
Slide the stone slowly with light pressure.
Repeat each movement at least 3 times on each side of the face.
